I started this blog so my family and friends (and hey, probably strangers too!) could follow my journey of preparing for and completing a bicycling journey across the US during the summer 2013.
I will be taking on this journey in partnership with a non- profit called Bike and Build. Bike and Build is a non-profit organization whose mission statement is: Through service-oriented cycling trips, Bike & Build benefits affordable housing and empowers young adults for a lifetime of service and civic engagement.
